The solution: The decision to move to Kronos Workforce Central, from a decentralised system was made following a thorough review of the marketplace. Colin Aspinall, Head of Home Office Systems at ASDA explained the reason for selecting Kronos, "The web-based nature of the Kronos system handles our varied and complex working patterns, with real-time data and its ability to track the Working Time Directive.
