    The Company:
    Mount Carmel Hospital is responsible for the coordination of all public mental health professional services offered in Malta and Gozo.
    Mount Carmel Hospital is one of the first government-run hospital in Malta to have an autonomous management team - the first stage of the government reform program for all government
    hospitals.

    The Challenge:
    Mount Carmel Hospital had previously used an entry level package, and was therefore looking for a much larger and more powerful solution in order to manage the organisation.
    Key requirements for the functionality of the solution included greater speed and capacity, integration capabilities and improved management reporting. It was also essential to restore user confidence in the system and better help systems were required.
