The Law Firm, headquartered in Boston and with offices in LA, New York, San Fransisco and Washington DC, were experiencing major difficulties with their WAN. Sites were connected via redundant MPLS links, over 5GB of data was sent across individual WAN links daily; 80-90ms of latency on cross country WAN links and their file, enail, web, CRM and financial applications were all suffering from poor performance across WAN.
