Upgrading to Exchange 2010

Overview

This paper is based on a recent survey among Computing's audience of senior IT decision-makers. It provides a snapshot of the progress UK organisations have made so far along the migration path. It includes the reactions of those who have already upgraded, and the preparations made by those planning migration, including considerations regarding the adoption of cloud-based email.

In doing so the paper also maps out the current installed base in terms of email server hardware, email server operating system and mail package used, and compares this with a similar survey conducted in July 2010.
