Overview

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications are now available via multiple delivery and licensing models and are delivering real benefits to businesses of all sizes. Choosing the right CRM and delivery partner is crucial for the success of any CRM project.

Computing surveyed more than 300 business decisions makers in organisations of all sizes to establish the degree to which CRM has penetrated business organisations and to find out whether the size of the organisation had any impact on views of CRM, its relevance to the business, how CRM is delivered and licensed, the degree to which existing deployments of CRM are being optimised and plans for the future.

This paper features a detailed discussion of the survey findings, which challenge some of the more oft-stated perceptions of CRM and the benefits that it can bring to small- and mediumsized enterprises (SMEs).
