The information economy together with increasingly stringent regulations around data protection means that all types of organisation are having to pay more attention to the way they backup data. However, when it comes to backup it seems that old habits die hard, especially in smaller companies.
A Computing survey of IT managers in UK SMEs found a remarkable lack of attention being paid to a subject that is still regarded as out of sight, out of mind.
