Using a BlackBerry® smartphone as a digital recording device, lawyers on the move can take dictation and record instructions as they go. These voice files can then be immediately wirelessly transmitted back to transcription staff, removing the need for digital portable devices to be docked, getting into workflow systems faster, reducing document turnaround times and significantly improving client responsiveness and service.
