BlackBerry smartphones are an essential business tool for many employees, and keeping email flowing to those devices during planned or unplanned outages is critical.
In a recent survey from Computing, we found:
35% of organisations had suffered a BlackBerry Enterprise Server outage in the previous 12 months
21% said the inability to access mobile services had damaged their organisation's reputation
58% of respondents had received complaints from senior executives about BlackBerry email downtime
23% of organisations have no BlackBerry email continuity solution in place at all
