Overview

This case study outlines the implementation of asset management software at Harrogate and District NHS Foundation Trust, both as an asset register for the trust and also as a financial tool for modelling, forecasting and estimating.

The RAM Asset4000 software enabled the Trust to hold as much information about their assets as they wanted, including serial numbers, location details and accounting information on purchase cost, replacement value and book price. This has created an accurate picture of the hospital's assets.
